How to Apply
GRADUATE PROGRAMS
MS & PhD Applicants:
A completed application for the MS or PhD degree consists of the following:
- Graduate School application (completed online)
- Transcripts from all school attended
- Scores from the Graduate Record Exam; International students must also submit TOEFL exam scores
- WES Verification for transcripts of International schools
- Three letters of recommendation
- The applicant's personal statement of intentions, and
- The applicant's resume
MPH in PA/PH Applicants:
Applications for the MPH in PA/PH degree are submitted through SOPHAS:
Behavioral-Biomedical Interface Program (BBIP) Applicants:
Exercise Science BBIP applicants must complete the normal graduate school application process as well as a supplemental application. Return complete supplemental application to the Department of Exercise Science.
